For the past decade, The 911 Horns, made up of Ozzie Melendez on trombone, Barry Danielian on trumpet and Bobby Franceschini on saxes, have been the premier touring and recording horn section in the Pop, Latin, and R&B industry. Slick phrasing and tight section playing is just the tip of the iceberg. Each member is not only an accomplished soloist, but can double on keys, percussion, and background vocals. The sessions and live gigs that he has done and continues to do, run the music styles gamut... everything from Lita Ford (hard rock), to Tito Nieves & Willie Colon (Salsa). He also has done his share of jingles (Pringles, Folgers, North West Airlines, Fiero, Oldsmobile....). Recently, Ozzie finished his soon to be released solo album featuring Ozzie's strong vocal work.
